About Institution
The University of North Florida Division of Continuing Education partnered with Fullstack Academy to launch both part-time and full-time bootcamps with specializations in software development and cybersecurity. These UNF bootcamps are neither taught by UNF faculty, nor affiliated with UNF's College of Computing. The format of the coding bootcamp is live and online with classes offered weekdays for the 12 week full-time program and then Tuesdays/Thursdays and Saturday for the 26 week part-time program. The tuition to attend UNF's coding bootcamp is $11,995 with up to $1,000 in scholarships for military personnel or veterans and $500 for UNF students, alumni, or employees. To pay tuition, students can consider a personal loan from either Climb Credit or Ascent but the program is not eligible for FAFSA. UNF states their bootcamps are designed for coding beginners interested in a career change or starting off in the software development field. UNF does not currently disclose any graduation or job placement outcomes so be sure to speak about this with a representative admissions counselor.
