Operated by Trilogy Education Services (a 2U, Inc. brand), the UNC Coding Bootcamp is offered virtually in a 24-week period. Be ready to learn foundational skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript before you dive into a technical back-end technology (including MySQL and Node.js). In the final weeks you’ll be immersed in NoSQL and create single page apps in React, as well as a host of other projects on your way to becoming a full-stack developer. We’re hoping to see more outcomes published by the program, as we were unable to find what should be easily accessible data on both the UNC-hosted website or the CIRR. More work needs to be done on this front, but the UNC brand is built on a good foundation. We encourage you to ask the admissions representatives share this data with you to ensure the outcomes match UNC’s history.
