General Assembly (also known as GA) offers full-time coding bootcamps (front-end, JavaScript, Python and React), Design (UX and visual design), and Data (data science and data analytics), but they also emphasize a well-rounded graduate. GA offers training for students to develop soft-skills with online and on-site programs in presentation structure and business development. General Assembly Austin's front-end web development bootcamp can be completed in 10 weeks with multiple start dates. General Assembly self-reports that 45% of their students pay for the $3,950 tuition through employer tuition reimbursement programs but they also offer 0% interest loans through Climb Credit, Meritize, and Ascent as well as installment payment plans which helps break up the tuition expense (as low as $988 per installment). While General Assembly does not report on their Austin, Texas graduation outcomes, across all programs and locations, GA self-reported in 2019 that 85% of full-time students graduate and that 90% of full-time job seekers secured placement within 180 days of graduation.
